Shopfittings Direct Pty Ltd must be notified in writing of any returns in advance within 21 days of receipt of order, unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Products being returned for a refund or exchange must include original undamaged carton packaging.
No claims will be recognized after 21 days of receipt of order, all refunds/exchanges will be at the sole discretion of Shopfittings Direct Pty Ltd. A 20% restocking fee is applicable to all refunds/exchanges.
